Creating Your Account
Go to builder.arclab.io on your web browser. Select New to ArcLab? Sign up now! And register with your desired email account and password.
A verification email will be sent to the registered email address upon successful registration. Click on the link in the email to verify your ArcLab account.
Upgrading Your Account to PRO
1. Upon logging in to your ArcLab account, mouseover the ArcLab Basic label at the top right corner of your screen. Then, click Upgrade.
2. Select Subscribe to ArcLab Pro.
3. Enter your Billing Information, preferred Billing Frequency (Annual or Monthly Pay-as-you-Go) and Billing Method (Card or Invoice), and click Confirm once you’re done. Your ArcLab account will be upgraded to PRO instantly!
For Flexi-Learner Wallet subscription, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
On the builder login page, enter your email and click on Forgot password? A password reset link will be sent to your email address. Click on the link to reset your password.
Mouseover the dropdown menu at the top right corner of your screen. Then, click Account Settings. Enter your current password to view/change your account settings. Enter and confirm your new password, then, click Change Password.
Check if the verification email has been sent to your bulk/spam folders. If you are still unable to locate the verification email, please drop us an email at email@example.com for assistance.
You are encouraged to verify your account as soon as soon as possible upon registration. If your verification link has expired, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
There are no immediate charges if you wish to take a spin around and experience the full builder features of ArcLab PRO! Simply select Monthly Subscription under your Account Settings > Billing Frequency. Charges will take place only when there is learner access to your private modules/learning content.
You may switch your billing frequency from Pay-as-you-Go to Annual anytime from your Account Settings > Billing Frequency. You will receive the bill for your Annual subscription on the first of the following month.
You may switch your billing method anytime from your Account Settings > Billing Method.
