Consent
In the event that Personal Data is being collected, used or disclosed, ArcLab will obtain your consent before proceeding with the collection, use or disclosure of the data.

Storage
We may store your Personal Data using ArcLab’s own secure on-site servers or other internally hosted technology. Your personal data may also be stored by third parties, via cloud services or other technology, to whom ArcLab has contracted with, to support ArcLab’s business operations. These third parties do not use or have access to your personal data other than for cloud storage and retrieval. Currently all these servers, including third party servers, reside physically in Singapore, but their physical location may change in future as our infrastructure evolves.

Purpose
ArcLab only collects personal information believed to be relevant and required for the conduct of business. ArcLab uses your personal information to provide you with better services and products.

ArcLab will not use or disclose information collected about you otherwise than for the purpose made known to you, a purpose you would reasonably expect, a purpose required, authorised or permitted by or under any law or a purpose otherwise authorised by you.

Within ArcLab, access to personal information is limited to employees of ArcLab and its affiliates who need it to fulfil their business transactions and responsibilities. Vendors and other outside contractors we engage are subject to contractual requirements to ensure personal information is safeguarded. We will disclose personal information in response to a lawful request issued by a court, government agency or regulatory authority with jurisdiction to make that request. Administrative, physical and technical measures have been put in place to protect and safeguard your personal information.

ArcLab aims to keep your personal information on our records accurate and up-to-date.

Retention
In the event that retention of your personal information is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes or when the purpose for which your personal information was collected is no longer being served by the retention of your personal information, ArcLab will remove, destroy or anonymise your personal information.
