My learners feedback that the videos on my module are choppy and slow to load.
It is likely that your learner is not connected to a stable network connection. For modules with high number of videos or videos with long duration, it is recommended that learners’ mobile devices are connected to a WIFI instead of their cellular network. This helps to reduce their cellular data usage and also ensures a more stable and smooth video viewing experience.
