Creating your First Module

(i) Method 1 – “Create using basic template” will load a basic ArcLab module template for you, and you will transition directly into the Editor View where you can begin creating your ArcLab module.
Note you can rename your module anytime by going to the module settings (drop-down menu beside module title) . You may also duplicate or delete your module by clicking on respectively.M

(ii) Method 2 – “Upload document file” lets you upload an existing Microsoft Powerpoint file (.pptx file extension)
ArcLab SmartTransform then uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to convert this into an ArcLab module, complete with pictures for each screen.
In the first step, we’ll create a draft of the module content text on the left, segmented by screens. Image files in the Powerpoint file are also extracted into a media gallery on the right, which you can then add to specific screens as you desire.
Once you are happy with the draft, click the green “Create” button on the bottom right of your screen.
An email will be sent to you once this is done (check your email client in 30 seconds – 1 minute), and you can click the URL to open your ArcLab editor to start reviewing and editing your module.

(iii) Method 3 – “Generate using text prompt“ is where ArcLab SmartTransform uses AI to create a training module for you according to instructions you type in the prompt dialogue box.
Be as specific as possible in your instructions e.g. “Create a 12-screen training module on customer service for workers in a cafe setting”.
Once you are satisfied with your prompt, click the green “Create” button on the bottom right of your screen.
An email will be sent to you once this is done (check your email client in 30 seconds – 1 minute), and you can click the URL to open your ArcLab editor to start reviewing and editing your module.
