Geofencing provides greater security for your modules as learners cannot access them outside of your pre-defined locations.
If your learners cannot access Geofenced modules, the likely reasons are:
1. They are not in the pre-defined Geofenced locations. By moving to the geofenced locations made known to their learners, they will then be able to access the modules.
2. Their smart device location (GPS) settings and / or cookie settings are not switched on. Once Location & Cookies are switched on, and your learners are in the pre-defined geofenced location, they will be able to access the modules.
Here is how to guide your learners to turn on the required settings on their smart device.
As an additional check, we recommend for your learners to use Google Chrome to access geofenced modules.
