Inviting Builders to ArcLab Pro+ shared workspace
After the Super Admin Builder has created your Roles, you can invite other Builders to join your ArcLab Pro+ shared workspace.
Step 1: At the top right of your ArcLab Dashboard, click on Dropdown arrow on the right of the account name. Select “Team” from the menu.
Step 2: Select the “Members” tab in menu. Click dark blue button at the top right “Add Builders“.
Step 3: In the pop-up window, enter the target collaborator Builder’s email address and click “Invite to Team” dark blue button.
Step 4: You will now see the target collaborator Builder’s email in your list of Members. Click the “pencil” icon to configure Permissions, as well as input his/her name.
The target collaborator Builder will receive a notification email. He/she needs to click the link within the email and login to accept the Super Admin’s invitation.
Once done, the collaborator Builder will be able to access and administer modules and learners as allowed by the Permissions that the Super Admin has set.
