Training records that don't depend on Singpass

Your internal training records should work independently

What Singpass covers

Singpass lets Singapore citizens, PRs and work pass holders log into government services, and a growing number of private platforms, with one digital identity.

What it doesn't do for training

Singpass confirms who someone is. It doesn't record what they've been trained on, and being eligible for it isn't the same as having set it up. In many workplaces, frontline training is still recorded on paper sign-off sheets.

Why this matters for training records

Compliance training, safety certification and onboarding records need to be easy to produce when an auditor asks. A record that depends on each worker logging in to something, or on a paper file, is one more thing that can go missing.

How ArcLab handles it

ArcLab doesn't need Singpass, or any login. Every lesson link is unique to the person it's sent to, so every worker, Singaporean or on a work pass, ends up with a training record tied to their own link, with completion times and quiz scores you can export.
