James Chia
Co-founder and CEO
James drives ArcLab’s Vision, Strategy, Product & Growth. He writes on Medium, is an Associate Lecturer at SIM Global Education & a Community Mentor. James is an IAL-certified Adult Educator & Workplace Learning Consultant, and holds a QM Teaching Online Certificate. Formerly in Singapore’s Public Service (MAS) and Portfolio Management / Financial Markets, James is a Cornell Alum, and Tottenham fan since ’94.
Steven Chan
CTO
Steven leads ArcLab’s Tech & Engineering. He’s also Co-Founder of Singapore-based education & tech firm Tinkertanker (backer of ArcLab), with 1 Startup Exit to Rocket Internet’s Helpling, and counting! Formerly with PayPal in Senior Software Engineering roles & Singapore’s Civil Service (MICA), Steven is a Code Monkey, Tinkerer, MIT Alum and has been inhaling solder fumes since ’88.
