Why can’t my PowerPoint file work in ArcLab SmartTransform AI?

ArcLab SmartTransform^® requires your Microsoft PowerPoint slides to be saved as a .pptx file. Check that your file does indeed have the .pptx file extension. 

If your file has a .ppt file extension. SmartTransform won’t work on it. Click the “File” menu in PowerPoint, select “Save as” in the Dropdown menu, and select “.pptx.” format to save the file. Then upload this new file into ArcLab SmartTransform.
