I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the builder login page, enter your email and click on Forgot password? 
– A password reset link will be sent to your email address. 
– Click on the link to reset your password.

Please note that the “reset password” is only valid for a limited time for security reasons. If you get a “reset link has expired” message when clicking into the link, please repeat the process above to request for a new password reset link.

Do also check if the verification email has been sent to your bulk/spam folders. If you are still unable to locate the verification email, please drop us an email at support@arclab.io for assistance.
