Creating your First Module

1. Click on + New Project button on the top left corner of your Project Dashboard to create your first project/module.
2. You will see the dialogue box to input your module’s name, and select method to create your ArcLab module.
3. There are 2 methods to create an ArcLab module:

(i) Method 1 – “
Create your own with a basic template” will load a basic ArcLab module template for you, and you will transition directly into the Editor View where you can begin creating your ArcLab module.

Note you can rename your module anytime by going to the module settings (drop-down menu beside module title) . You may also duplicate or delete your module by clicking on respectively.

(ii) Method 2 – “Use ArcLab SmartTransform® AI” – where the ArcLab platform uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create an ArcLab module for you.

In the first step, give SmartTransform® a prompt – be as specific or as broad as you like. It’s similar to using your favourite GenAI tool like ChatGPT by OpenAI or Google Gemini or Anthropic’s Claude – but trained to create a training module directly in your ArcLab workspace.

If you’d like, you can also upload one of your existing documents – we support PDF / PowerPoint (.pptx) / Word (.docx) / Excel (.xlsx) file formats.

In the next few windows, you can select whether your module will include quizzes, set content sequence, configure difficulty levels etc.

After you are done with your instructions, ArcLab’s AI will then work its magic –
using your prompt and instructions to generate a training / SOP module.

An email will be sent to you (check your email in 30 seconds – 1 minute), and you can click the URL to open your ArcLab editor to start reviewing and editing your module.
