How do I change the method of learner invitation (email vs phone message)?
The mode of learner invitation is determined by the learner’s information that you have entered onto your Learners Dashboard.
If only the learner’s email address is entered, the learner invitation will be sent by email.
If only the learner’s phone number is entered, the learner invitation will be sent by Phone Message (WhatsApp by default | SMS for learners without WhatsApp account).
If both the learner’s email address AND phone number is entered, the learner invitation will be sent by email (email takes precedence over phone message). This is to avoid sending multiple invitation messages that may confuse the learner.
