Automated Learner Reminders
Automated Learner Reminders (available to ArcLab Pro customers only) saves you the trouble of manually following up with learners who have not completed or attempted the modules that you had assigned them.
Learner reminders can be configured for individual modules as well as folders containing a series of assigned modules.
You can configure the time interval for when the ArcLab platform sends reminders out, whether to repeat reminders, and configure a report of learner reminders sent to be emailed to you.
(ArcLab platform sends a maximum of 3 reminders, following which you should probably follow-up with the learner in question personally).
